We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Support in improving customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience / Freshers can apply
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
