Customer Relationship Officer

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Support in improving customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience / Freshers can apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Pay: ₹28,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
