Job Summary OF CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE:
As a Customer Care Representative at GOAMILES, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our taxi services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with app-related queries. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers are informed and supported as these services are rolled out.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-app chat.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback, working to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.
App Assistance: Help customers with technical issues related to the GOAMILES app, including payment, booking rides, and troubleshooting.
Information Sharing: Educate customers about new services, features, and updates within the GOAMILES app.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers have a positive experience from start to finish, promoting a high level of customer retention and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to management for improving services and the customer experience.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using mobile apps and digital platforms, and the ability to assist customers with technical inquiries.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess situations and find effective solutions to customer problems.
Patience & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi & Konkani.
Desired Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th pass.
Experience: Fresher or minimum 6 months experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
