2. Partnership Development: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners, such as travel agencies, hotels, and entertainment providers.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Developing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Setting and achieving sales targets, and identifying new revenue streams.
5. Brand Management: Enhancing the casino’s brand through marketing and public relations efforts.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring all business development activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Event Planning: Organizing and promoting events to attract high-value customers.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring performance metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
– Collaborate with marketing, hospitality, and finance departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, casino management, or a related field
– Minimum 10 -15 years of progressive experience in a casino Business Development Manager role, preferably in a luxury 5-star Casino.
– Thorough understanding of casino gaming regulations, procedures, and best practices
– Expertise in casino operations, including table games, slot machines, and VIP services
