Majestic Group of Hotels & Casino requires VIP Service Executive.
Responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality service to VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.Provide personalized service to VIP clients, ensuring a premium and memorable experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers and handle all inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate special requests, reservations, upgrades, and exclusive services.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor client preferences and maintain detailed records for personalized service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, sales, front office, concierge, etc.) to ensure smooth service execution.
- Handle complaints or issues with urgency and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP experience and suggest service improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist in organizing VIP events, meetings, and exclusive experiences when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
