- Source and recruit candidates for blue collar and grey collar job positions
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Manage candidate relationships and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in blue grey collar recruitment
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
