An Email and Chat Support Specialist provides non-voice customer service, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing customer accounts via email and live chat platforms. Responsibilities include delivering fast, accurate, and professional written responses while managing multiple, simultaneous chats to meet performance targets.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, queries, and complaints via email and live chat with high professionalism.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product navigation, basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and transactions within a CRM system.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, determine the root cause of issues, and provide effective, timely solutions.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Report product malfunctions, share customer feedback, and suggest process improvements.
  • Age criteria 18 to 29 yyears

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,706.25 – ₹32,671.50 per month
